How Supergran as a childhood favourite ended up reminding me of the Holy Spirit

Hi everyone, when I was a child I used to like to watching a programme called Supergran which was on the television in the UK. Supergran was about an elderly Scottish woman who would come in on her bike usually from the sky to apprehend wrong doers against people who were trying to do good.

There are many other things the Supergran would do to.

Supergran was only a TV drama series which was fiction and it was aimed at children and young people.

Now as an adult I have found that God’s Holy Spirit comforter which Jesus promised to send his believers in (John 14) at times in some ways has reminded me of one of my childhood favourite programmes characters called Supergran.

Why do they remind me them. The Holy Spirit like Supergran would come and support me when God has wanted them to help me against wrong doing.

The Holy Spirit however is not fictional and is a spirit unlike the Supergran character and they offer much more than the Supegran character could do as well. I just wanted share the fond memory here in this blog post of my childhood favourite films and the similarity that I have found with some of the behaviour likeness Supegran and the Holy Spirit.
