Christian beads a indiscreet fidget for services.

Hi everyone, I go to a church service as somebody who is diagnosed with autism. I have settled going to a Holy Communion church service which is relatively short at 30 minutes. There is little sitting to standing that happens to. Sometimes when I attend I need something in hand and in the past kept a small fidget where nobody could see in my pocket or sat where it couldn't be seen.

I have found out though that Rosary beads work well at church if needed or if needed in any other quiet place. We all have different needs and at different times and some people may need to use this sometimes or at all times at a church service etc.  There are other types like St Christopher beads, Tiger eyes and St Dymphna beads. St Dymphna was a Saint for nervous disorders. There are also types with just the cross and some which are aimed at autistics. They work well for me and can be used by non Catholics to.

I also have an ono roller and they are silent to and the junior is hard to be seen in hand, but the rosary is just perfect for my needs and they are calming.
