After I experienced this I looked it up if others had experienced this and found that some people have noted this as well. Feeling the "weight" or "heaviness" of the Holy Spirit is a recognised spiritual experience, often described as a physical sensation of God’s presence, pressure, or a profound emotional burden. The Holy Spirit can do many diverse things.
I have also experienced a wind encasing and encircling around me in a bright sunny day. as somebody was trying to harm my life. I knew it was God’s Holy spirit which has been a strong arm anchor and pillar for me in my life. The Holy Spirit is the breath, wind, spirit of God and I felt this at church too.
I also said once during prayer that I am carrying a heavy weight on my hands and I went up to lift up my hands to demonstrate it and I could not lift them up as they stopped me. It is Christ who is carrying this weight and the Holy Spirit and always trust in them.
I have also had other experiences with the Holy Spirit at church which I have written about in this blog.
The indwelling of the Holy
Spirit does not require a neurotypical brain as research suggests today.
from Andrews university.
"The Asymmetrical Model, which holds
that due to the transcendence of God no neurological capacities,
impairments, delays, or differences can prevent the Holy Spirit from
indwelling a Christian believer. However, the means by which that
believer experiences God’s presence, knows God as a person, and relates
to God will be conditioned or influenced by their neurology."

It
is God’s 3rd attribute and which is the Paraclete that Jesus said he
would send us as a comforter on earth (John 14:26). The Holy Spirit has
many roles and to learn more on this please see my post on baptism on
this blog.
When I see a river/stream I sometimes i need to stay as close as possible and then at the end I will find my reward-which is usually a waterfall I am trying to locate. The faith is a bit like that-if you hug it tight and follow that light at the end you will find Christ. Hug that river all the way to the end. Also, Jesus will if you find him give you everlasting water, which is the Holy Spirit when you that lives in you when you find him (John 4:14).
